After spending 20 years in corporate America honing her prowess for business and creativity Shalita has become a powerhouse professional with a passion for making a difference. She owns and operates The Creative Direction, where she develops brand identities & marketing strategies for businesses and brands. She is also the founder of Luxura: A Beauty & Wellness Brand and Diamonds of Destiny, a non-profit organization empowering young women through a debutante program. With a BBA and associates in business, Shalita combines her corporate expertise with her creative flair to drive positive change and inspire others to reach their full potential.
Jameicia Thomas, is a woman-preneur, life- long student, a mother, and a believer in Christ. In 2019, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology.
